October 2009 saw the launch of Cookit! a brand new resource for schools offering a comprehensive photo-library, recipes, procedures and of course podcasts. These were all provided by E2BN, the east of England's internet broadband consortium. After negotiating as to the availability and something of our accreditees, Tabulae were more than happy to advise on the most suitable members for the filming work.

Using talented demonstrators selected almost exclusively from Tabulae Ltd, the team from E2BN, the east of england's broadband internet consortium, presented cooks, kitchens and recipes from time periods extending from neolithic to post war.

The cooks used from Tabulae, were Steve and Jo Parish (Past Alive), Cathy Flower-bond (Tudor Tales), Peter and Jen Hood (Pastpresent), Ian Pycroft (Black Knight Historical), Paul Harding and Helen Lee (Discover History) Sarah Gilkes (Warp and Weft) and Caroline Cuerden.
