As an Educational Consultant I have worked on educational and historical web/film
based projects, creating content for the East of England Broadband
Consortium including Cookit! and the E2BN Gallery.
I have over 16 years of Keys stage 1 and 2 classroom experience, including leadership of ICT, History and Literacy. As a qualified Headteacher and Life Coach I have always been passionate about developing the potential of others, through teaching, mentoring and peer coaching.
More recently I have successfully taught degree modules at the University in ICT and Learning Ethos.
I have an extensive background in historical food and cookery and have worked on several food and gardening projects to re-capture food and cooking techniques from the past.
