With over 20 years of experience as a professional stonemason and stonecarver I have worked on the conservation and restoration of a great many historical buildings and monuments, for clients including; The National Trust, Chatsworth House, and English Heritage. I hold the newly introduced Heritage CSCS card at gold standard, and I am a freeman of the Worshipful Company of
Masons, plus membership to S.P.A.B, Heritage Craft Association, and Men of the Stones.
Consultancy
I provide consultancy and written reports on stone condition and repair methodology.
Talks and Lectures
As well as demonstrating I also give talks and lectures on the history of stonemasonry, and the skills of the mason and stone carver.
